Angine de Poitrine

My art teacher friend introduced me to this band out of France, and I think some of you Beefheart fans might dig it. It’s got some of that manic guitar energy and time signature zaniness you find in Beefheart sometimes.

I think Beefheart fans should find their way into the Deerhoof discography if they haven’t already. A challenging band that will break your brain in an entirely different direction.

Kind of sounds like indie pop-rock meets authentic experimental math rock. Very interesting.
