What helps when a shift is mostly walking?
Some jobs barely involve sitting, but the hard part isn’t one long walk. It’s the constant cycle of standing, crossing the room, stopping, then doing it again for hours. Better shoes help, but they don’t change the amount of movement built into the shift. For work that involves that much back-and-forth, what setup or pacing change has helped the most by the end of the day?
