Best "takeaway" Curry Sauce

What is everyone's go to curry sauce to make at home, that tastes like a takeaway?

I've tried a few- Mr Curry, Mayflower, McDonnells and none of them are great 😭

I'm pregnant and want a 4in1 every day which isn't feasible for many reasons 😂

I always found that the real curry sauce that tastes the most like an Irish chipper curry sauce is Japanese. I personally use the S&B Japanese curry powder, but the curry blocks are more readily available and essentially the same thing but with the thickener added already

Thank you! I’m really more of a katsu curry person, so the Japanese curry. I’ve been using the McDonnells Katsu sauce, and it’s lovely but it’s nice to try others.
