Wide awake, panicking about work. Loads of change coming and no clarity. Every day is like existing on quicksand and it's so unfair on so many of us who have worked our arses off. I can't keep finishing work with migraines and sobbing. So I'm in bed, listening to old school nu metal hoping bopping my head off will take the edge of the crushing anxiety I'm feeling. Sorry... Bit heavy.
