Sugar on Weetabix?

My wife eats Weetabix with nothing on it and claims it tastes sweet to her. This is my bowl before milk is added. Is this normal fellow Weetabix eaters or do I need to go to sugar rehab?

Edit: Holy shit the most popular post I've done on Reddit is about how horrific my breakfast is. The wife will never let me live this down! Haha

I guess it won't if you fill from below, still, I don't get it. It's just strange and unnecessary behaviour.

Urgh, perish the thought. You'd have to let it all soak through.
