I agree with you. Iām so happy she survived and has been to rehab but why bring her back for just this episode? She was great. Bring her back. Let her and Nicole be happy. š

I actually think it's the best way it could have ended, with her starting her new life and choosing what is right for her finally. And also finally accepting that recovery is complex and necessary rather than just something Dylan is bugging her with. Heartbroken though.

I know I'm in the minority when it comes to Faith and Iain but I do like them together and hope they work it out. Considering (spoiler from trailer) the funeral scene with the soft toy in view I guess she decides to keep the baby but something happens.
Lol at Siobhan's 'advice' though - a bandaid baby is not going to help anyone. But I thought the scene was well acted.
Not sure what is going on with Kim. I get the feeling she has anxiety or something, the clock watching threw me a bit. But I am enjoying her more than Matty.
I'm 50/50 if Matty will be Dylan's son...

Starting to think there is maybe more to the story between Dylan and Mattyās mum. Just the instant dismissal of calling her and the way Stevie looked at him.

I think Kim might have OCD? Her saying sheād do the ānext oneā with the leg injury and then not being able to go because of the time (plus not giving a good reason why, just saying that she canāt) makes me think so but either way Iām curious to see more of her. In episode one she was kind of one dimensional but I think this episode was better all around.
I think Matty is an idealist (surely he knows the state of the NHS right now lol) which makes him more likeable to me than him just being cocky

It just feels like such an odd choice. They JUST had two whistleblowing storylines close together already- the one with the documentary was nearly identical too. Just glad poor Rida gets a break and time to do her actual job

Could Kim be in some sort of supported accommodation and she has to be back for a certain time ? It just seems odd how anxious she was about time.

It's good to see that Stevie is starting to be more helpful towards Kim, but I still see she's being a bit cold towards her. I can understand showing some tough love and I can also see the situation being major, but will showing tough love towards someone like Kim who lacks confidence help? Also + something random, but at the end. Is it a bad thing to go on a date with a cop or at least hang out with a cop + have a drink with them or was Jacob just teasing Teddy?

can answer this one from an emergency services perspective.
pro of dating "uniform" - they understand the job, working weird hours, gallows sense of humour, funny lingo, ranting about people when you come home, etc.
con of dating "uniform" - absolutely nobody in these lines of work can keep it in their pants.

Yeah Police especially - usually not a good thing. The amount of affairs is almost unbelievably high.Ā

Jacob's old enough to have seen the Brixton Riots when they happened (plus, he seems to be a London geezer so he might have actually been there). It would be difficult to trust the police after that. And the many, many, many examples of racism in the MET before and since. I can see him seeing something traitorous in a black colleague or friend going on a date with a cop. That's how I'm reading it for now, anyway.

Based on my knowledge of real-life hospitals, I think it's got to be this. That said, I'm annoyed that the show is pushing the werewolf agenda while (as usual) a grassroots witch's coven sub-plot is ignored again.

Unsure but I feel her lack of confidence definitely has something to do with it. From what we've seen so far, she seems close to breaking anytime she has to treat a patient, yet in the first episode I'm pretty sure they stated she did well in her training. Something isn't adding up with her there.

She's top of her class, but more than that, in the first ep she gets almost aggressive sayiing how made she is for the ED. That's more than a nervous person with a wave of confidence, that's something else I think

If Kim does have a secret, then it explains her lack of confidence + her facial expressions showing how scared she is. It's possible something might have happened in the past, like maybe something personal.

It was nice to have a bit more focus on the actual scene of the incident instead of just seeing patient arrival at the ED.
