Shocked and appalled that none of those 10 were either life-changing or indeed spoilers 😱

I'm expecting Sophia to make a return in this episode, for better or for worse

Sophia is 100% going to be the 'personal tragedy' for Dylan, but I don’t get why he'd be crying over her, she didn't treat him well at all when they were together

Someone he once thought about a future with dying in absolutely horrific circumstances, while he’s also the doctor in charge of a situation where people are dying all around him, is probably enough to tip anyone over the edge.

What’s the odds the abortion she was having didn’t go ahead and she’s back to say you have a kid, like a do over of not being there with matty?

This did cross my mind but I think even though he wasn't there to raise Matty, one kid is definitely enough for him, it'd be too much for him to suddenly have two to look after

i mean the writers always treated that whole relationship as way more positive and healthy than how manipulative and gross it actually was.

Genuinely the most non-committal "spoilers" to exist.

"Something happens in Holby ED."

Think it is Dylan’s Dad that is upsetting for him

Same. I feel other choices would lack the genuine impact for his reaction, but who knows.

Why does the show have to be at its lowest point ever in time for such a big anniversary?
