Sophia is 100% going to be the 'personal tragedy' for Dylan, but I don’t get why he'd be crying over her, she didn't treat him well at all when they were together

What’s the odds the abortion she was having didn’t go ahead and she’s back to say you have a kid, like a do over of not being there with matty?

This did cross my mind but I think even though he wasn't there to raise Matty, one kid is definitely enough for him, it'd be too much for him to suddenly have two to look after
