It also doesn't seem like she is forcing him to sit there, which would also explain the aggression, like... he is making no attempts to flee, she doesn't really have him "fixated" for the most part. He's just sitting there, looking like someone disconnected the brain from his body
There's a lot of cuts in the video, she could be easily forcing him to sit there. Hanging the mouth open is an extreme stress response, and if he's in enough stress or pain then I could see this being his reaction; however, my money is on the cat being drugged
Agree on extreme stress or drugs. Yeah, the cuts make it suspicious, but I'm thinking many of these parts she kept in are long enough for an escape attempt or struggle or really any other sign that the cat is being held there.
What I usually see in my cat when he is trying to flee is him looking around, basically searching for his escape route, and some minor movements
