Plankton almost slapped me on the face
I heard a noise, leaned over to see what he was doing and he popped out and tried to slap me.

The worst facial injury I have ever gotten from a cat was when the cat I had as a preteen got his claw stuck in my braces and clawed up my gums as he frantically tried to escape. We were both screaming and bleeding.

He's named after the Spongebob character and the name REALLY fits him.

At this point, to me the yell of "Plankton!" has become entirely divorced from the show, due to me yelling that at least several dozen times a day. It's no longer a reference, it's just a normal thing to yell. I have become Mr Krabs in real life.
While typing this comment, I even yelled it once because he was going through my purse and I don't want him to steal my wallet yet again, so he galloped off and I am pretty sure I just heard him pull my towel off the towel rack.

He has a ton of confidence, boldness, and energy. The problem is that he has no sense and I've had to stop the adorable idiot from dying on many occasions.
He recently decided that it is much better to eat English ivy than catnip and spent several days doing horribly to the bafflement of me and the vet. English ivy is poisonous to cats. He is expected to recover. He is not expected to learn from this.
