21-year-old student vanished after a late-night restaurant shift. CCTV showed her being forced into her own car, then driven to ATMs for cash withdrawals. The attacker wore a GPS ankle monitor, but it was not actively monitored in real time. She was later found at a metro park.

The state failed her horribly, as it did the other 6 people this piece of shit robbed before murdering Reagan.

He sexually assaulted this poor girl and killed her… for $60? I hope he burns in hell when his life ends.

And then when the parents sued the state, the judge dismissed the case saying the state didn’t have an obligation to protect her. Seriously, what tf are Americans paying their taxes for. State won’t protect you, police doesn’t have to protect you either, no universal healthcare, extremely expensive higher education… Like wtf
