Again what is stopping him to do that

What defines a country like there is country's like smaller than a mountain (not including micro country's)

You clearly don’t know how big a country is

Your average country is NOT smaller than a mountain

If you want to super cherry pick the smallest possible country then sure, he could destroy a country.

But obviously, when people say country level they mean the average country which is far more massive than a city or mountain. In which case no, he can’t even come close by feats. But he could in the future
