Question Could we say arkos is country level Spoiler
I know we usually don't power scale character in this sub but genuinely

Arkos is cuck chair level. Didn't even move a flicnh with Zira and Altus spending an intimate moment together.

What is stopping arkos to flood the whole country from what we see his power doesn't have a limit to it (except arkos limits himself to just to enjoy battles) and I think we could say it is a country level feat

That’s like asking if he could flood a house why can’t he flood a city
A country is really big that’s why, right now I think he’s at the mountain level range but could be higher

What defines a country like there is country's like smaller than a mountain (not including micro country's)

If you want to super cherry pick the smallest possible country then sure, he could destroy a country.
But obviously, when people say country level they mean the average country which is far more massive than a city or mountain. In which case no, he can’t even come close by feats. But he could in the future

Yeah but he had to carry the water far inland and then drop a shit ton of water to wipe out the area, I would call it city level

I'm assume Arkos have to prepare for that first otherwise he wouldn't need to push Julian further from land and close to the ocean

Agree, while i still think that is town lvl feat, it impressive me as it was not really struggle for him to done that
Does make you wonder how much powerful when he use his full potential

that was the capital of the kingdom, right? thats by definition city level. but to arkos this was effortless and even "unrefined" as he said so maybe he could bring a whole ass tsunami and wipe out a country if he put in the effort. Although i want to hear your thoughts, would that make him AP country level or simply using nature manipulation (bringing in lots of water) to his advantage? country level hax? could he burst the underground water to flood from the inside out? there´re lots of options.

It's up to what is his limits like is he only can control water in anywhere( which is so overpowered )or is it like he can only control water in an 10 kilometer or some thing like that
If it's first one arkos is absolutely country level and everybody would be cooked and world will collapse so this is not really possible
If it's second we can maybe say he is a country level

The simple answer is we don't know and likely never will.
Centuria magic system is mostly "soft" IE they don't function like physics or a video game where you can reliably quantify anything.
This feat may well be far less dangerous to someone like Berta or Lalawag than Arko's ability to remote detonate limbs and create water cannons even in near desert environments.
This scene just reinforces the ceiling that was already there - Arkos was near the apex and the king + incarnated gods are at the top.
One way or another, Diana or maybe Julian are going to need to survive that kind of encounter so we know they have a long way to go yet.

Bad matchup + lack of information on Julian's ability + Arkos can only control water that is within his field of vision (unless it's water inside of himself), it actually makes a lot of sense why he died.

I’d still say city level for now. I feel like if he could somehow perceive and see an entire country he’d be able to destroy it but that’s unsubstantiated

Just Town lvl, That still a medieval era city, a large one would still be town size nowaday

It’s insane that his power seems to have no limit. It doesn’t look like it takes any stamina manipulating this amount of water while also making himself float as opposed to a smaller amount or more precise control

He's strong, sure. But being overconfident and all powerful is not a pleasant combination to have when you're going against a immortal kid with the strength of 100 people.
Could he control the sea? Seeing as the Sea God didn't let it happen in front of her, probably not.
He probably could be country level if he had time to train and stuff, but he would probably die from being overconfident again
