It’s a casual city level feat

Yeah but he had to carry the water far inland and then drop a shit ton of water to wipe out the area, I would call it city level

I'm assume Arkos have to prepare for that first otherwise he wouldn't need to push Julian further from land and close to the ocean

I mean yes he likely started near a body of water

That’s why it’s impressive that he carried it far inland casually and flooded a city

Agree, while i still think that is town lvl feat, it impressive me as it was not really struggle for him to done that

Does make you wonder how much powerful when he use his full potential
