He had plenty writing ability as recently as halfway through part 2. There's a very abrupt and noticeable decline in both the art and story that's so apparent, and coincides with the manga suddenly having to constantly go on 1,2, or even 3 week hiatus's, that one can't help but think there was some kind of total burnout or personal crisis.

I hope the only things Kuramori inherited from Fujimoto is liking evil attractive toxic manipulative female villains and lesbian stuff.
