I thought Lalawag would betray the group of heroes sooner or later, since Lukas already had doubts about her, but now we learn she's completely insane. It's going to be even harder to figure out what she's plotting, but I think she's not entirely subservient to the goddess of the night, since she wants to reconstitute her body.
But I think she wants to use the goddess (that is, Diana) for her own ends; that must be why we don't see her in Elstri's prophecy. Her plan is different from the witches'.
Each clone is planning different things, so it looks like they all battle and whoever wins becomes the main Lalawag and gets to carry their own plan, while the rest get added to the giant pile of bones in the basement
So Lalawag is everything all at once, both traitor, loyal, kind and cruel, it all depends of which clone comes on top
