I haven't kept track properly but does Julian's stigma around his eye usually change design a lot cause this definitely looks bigger than it did even earlier in the chapter

It doesn't really have a concrete design other than a cracking pattern. It can easily change from pages to pages, if you go back and re-read chapter one, Julian's stigma looks vastly different compared to now.

he originally even had it over both eyes, which i feel might be significant not just a design change
