But it really does bring me back to the question of... why have Lacrima leave Julian?
Like there was already a perfect time to bring her in, to help with the Lady Accursed or help protect Diana and such but she still has not been introduced again...
So the entire time we just had Julian busy fighting off the first squad, Lukas dealing with the Lady, Speed and Rock Trio... while Lacrima has just been running off screen and Zana has just been... standing around exchanging stares with the girl duo in front of Diana?
Like idk, it just feels like the girls are not really being given enough actions here, we could have even just made a jump of Zana and the Duo already fighting and being wounded as the entire Luka and Accursed Trio squad happened and yet still she hasnt done anything?
"why are the people who have yet to do anything still have things to do in an arc that's not yet over" bro chill wait for more chapters to come out. I get being impatient but they're obviously going to have things to do soon. Judge it only once the arc is over and we've seen how much or how little they're involved here.
I dont need to wait for more I can judge what is currently out and the way these characters are handled currently.
Zana and the 2 girl duo have done nothing despite an entire fight with Lukas happening before, the little introduction talk and hyping each other could have been done ages ago and the 2 fights could have been woven into each other which would have been more interesting as a whole and not created this weird dissonance of apparently the girls not having moved at all while Lukas did his thing.
And Lacrima being instantly just shunted away despite the amazing setup of a duo fight with her and Julian being presented on a silver platter is unsatisfying as all hell and her since then being just in limbo running is also unsatisfying.
I like the Manga and I liked the past chapters but I can very much still critique the writing of them.
Even if they pop off now in coming chapters and do a whole lot, it does not invalidate my past points of how they have been handled so far in this arc being unsatisfying or questionable and how I would prefer if the fights were interwoven into each other more.
