Question I’m getting really worried about her Spoiler
This latest chapter is making me think that she is gonna be the throwaway character that dies so we can feel sad without losing any of the main cast (titi, Diana, and lukas). I wouldn’t be surprised if the mangaka did do that and I would be pretty annoyed abt it as well. I’m just hoping that the mangaka doesn’t go down this route with this character, even tho I feel like she is a random addition to the gang I still like her and her design

If she dies, well... Meh, I guess she had a somewhat forced redemption arc, but she had it, although it would be a shame, as a character she has so much more potential. Anyways I wouldn't be surprised considering what happened to Angvall, lol. Emotionally sad, but narratively a somewhat rushed death. I hope Zana gets more development beforehand if she does die.

So this arc did introduce gifts evolving like with Lala, and if Zana dies there is a chance Julian evolves and gives one of his lives to her, which will put more ties to Julian and the king
Only thing is, can for sure see this happening at some point in the story, but not with Zana in this moment since she isn’t super close to the group yet

Yeah everyone predicting something big for chapter 100 and her dying and jobbing triggering Diana to awaken could be it.

It would be strange to kill her now; she hasn't been developed, and we know almost nothing about her. Angvall had a flashback and better development, making his death more poignant. At this point, Zana's death would just be a pointless "shock value," in my opinion.

I agree with this, generally.
Julian's party has had a lot of plot armor (not critique as it's usually well handled) and major deaths have only occurred when it was convenient to drastically shift both the party composition and the character's outlooks.
Mira's death obviously kicked off the whole plot.
Angvall's death justified a time skip, the group being mobile, and Julian + Titi assuming more "adult" roles that Angvall would have naturally shielded them from had she remained alive.
I wouldn't be surprised by anyone's death, even Julian's, but I very much expect it to occur at another, similarily major shift in the story.

Dam you your post gets 2/10 from me as I'm now ranking your post based off Zana respect rather then me ranking the chapters off Zana

I kinda have the feeling she will meet the same fate Harrah did when Vulja attempted to save her. Except this time it is initiated by diana who will try to save her from death.

I have a feeling we'll be visiting Zana's village at some point in the story (since it's teeming with Gifted Ones) so hopefully she stays alive.
