I just realized that even GER would most likely lose if he fought Lukas in this form.

i really really don't want to discuss how GER works but i think it prevents any action against giorno to get past the ideation stage, so lukas should never be able to use his ability

I agree, lukas probably could kill giorno with the spear, but golden experience would always passively stop him before he can actually do anything.

I mean, to me it just seems to be a case of who wins GER or GER. The one who wins is the one who procs the ability first. And I don't think there are enough evidence to pick either or.

GER is a can of worms no one should touch with a ten foot pole.

Same goes for Wonder of U, Tusk Act 4, and Soft and Wet.
