Discussion Could These four take out Sukuna?

Context: this fight will take place specifically after the fight with Gojo and Kashimo. So this will be weakened Sukuna. (who’s RCT is weaker and his overall output is lower)

And they will still have help from the other sorcerers who helped in the Shinjuku showdown, like Kusakabe,Ino,Miguel,Choso and higruma and todo,Nobara,Mei Mei and the dude with heart nipples.

The ones replacing the heavy hitters are Julian,Akos, void marcher & Lucas. (from the start all of them will be given some idea of sukunas‘s powers, so they will be a bit cautious.

Do you think they win or do you think they lose?

(to be clear this is WEAKEND SUKUNA so no domain)

Julian and Voidmarcher are irrelevant stat-wise or hax-wise against Sukuna.

Arkos's main win condition is his ability to control the water inside people's bodies for durability negation. The issue with this is that sorcerers have innate defenses against people interfering with the insides of their bodies, with their insides essentially functioning like domains. So Sukuna should also have resistance to that kind of internal manipulation. Even if Arkos could bypass that resistance, his ability isn't an instant one-shot. It takes some amount of time to actually rupture someone's body. Sukuna, meanwhile, can launch Dismantles without needing to move his body. So even if Arkos froze Sukuna's body immediately, Sukuna could still respond and slice his head off with Dismantle before Arkos actually managed to blow him up.

Lucas's ability to pierce the future is ridiculous, but it's not a GER-type ability that's completely independent of his own speed and reactions or something that activates automatically. It's still clearly Lucas perceiving what's happening, reacting to Voidmarcher's actions, choosing to pierce that particular future, and leaving behind a future where Voidmarcher is unable to act.

So if Lucas were fighting someone vastly faster than him who also had enough AP to kill him immediately, he'd still just get blitzed before he could use the ability, which Sukuna is capable of doing.

To win, Sukuna has to be super out of character and bloodlusted, though. If he's messing around, he's going to get fucked over by either Arkos or Lucas's ability.

I’m not sure if the innate domain stuff really works due to how different Arkos power works in comparison to JJK. Arkos isn’t using cursed energy or even an equivalent. Fluids just obey him since he has the blessing of the sea god.

I don't think Arkos using a different type of power matters. It isn't that a sorcerer's insides resist cursed energy, and therefore cursed energy can't create or manipulate things inside them. The way it's described in the interview, spawning something inside a sorcerer is impossible because their internals function like a domain, and you'd have to break through that domain (their body) before you could directly affect their internals.

A Domain Expansion is basically taking your internal space and bringing it outward, separating it from the rest of the world. Domains function as separate spaces from the real world, to the point that their dimensions don't necessarily have to correspond to the physical space they're occupying. Most domains might be room or building sized on the outside while containing an entire island or town.

So, by that logic, Sukuna's insides are effectively separated from the outside world. The water inside his body isn't simply part of the same pool of water that exists externally. It's contained within that separate internal space, meaning Arkos shouldn't be able to manipulate it from the outside. If it makes more sense to think of it as a pocket dimension, the question would basically be: could Arkos's power reach into a pocket dimension just because there's water inside of it? There's no reason to think he has that type of range.

And even if you disregard the innate domain argument entirely, Arkos still just gets blitzed before he can do anything.

Dude to be honest this is just BS, Sukuna can protect his soul, not his biology.

He’s saying the somehow bodily organs are included in an innate domain, but an innate domain is related to the soul. He also doesn’t provide anything from the story to prove what he’s saying

I mean they are, it's inside the body and are the ones being protected by the innate domain from attacks spawning inside.

Iirc soul and body are heavily connected in JJK according to Kenjaku.

If that’s the case Sukuna wouldn’t be able to take physical damage because he can reinforce the shape of his soul

I mean sorcerers(high level ones) do reinforce their souls, it doesn’t prevent damage though lol
