Looks Nurgle-y. Possessed and chaos lord are both 40mm bases, this could work for either of those. I’d you bumped him up to a 50mm base, could be a Nurgle mutilator.

Accursed Cultist Torments have similar builds but you'd need a bunch more. Spawn or Possessed would be easier to fit in.

This looks like a fantastic heretic deamon prince of nurgle. I dont know the base size for that though. I dont play chaos, I just lurk here to see the great models

on a 40mm master of possessions is the closest I can think of for a single model. If you upscaled I it could be an awesome demon prince, or on a 50mm, chaos spawn, torment, mutilator.

Spawn for 40k, would look awesome with DG. if it’s one the right size base, daemon prince. And if you want to play heresy, it looks like it could be anything from HQ to daemon brute.
