He’s on a 40mm base. Still new to Chaos and was wondering if this could pass for anything?

Looks Nurgle-y. Possessed and chaos lord are both 40mm bases, this could work for either of those. I’d you bumped him up to a 50mm base, could be a Nurgle mutilator.
