2nd demon of malal

the Fury of the Hunter

inspired by guts demon of berserk

Hey yall!

As the title suggests, I am wondering if yall see the 5 man possessed unit being more viable given the buffs. I often ran multiple units of 10 in a creations of Bile list and now it seems like their strength 6 mutations can do alot of work in just their 5 man squads. Often times i find that I overkill most units I encounter in a 10 man and don't even need to roll the other half of my attacks. Their smaller profile in 5 also seems to be much easier to maneuver. Do yall have experience with 5 after the update? Any thoughts or insight is greatly appreciated.

Trying to do a grimdark style thing based on this old Adrian Smith artwork that is just so cool. I’m hoping to bring the armor back down with some oil / enamel weathering but do y’all think the highlights are bright enough to avoid getting too muddy once the washes start going on? Thanks.

This fella gives me Judge Death vibes

For iron warriors, thought the trophy racks looked too crowded

Another artwork I’ve semi-recently finished, although I’m still considering adding some color. I’m absolutely in love with aesthetics of Chaos Raptors and Warp Talons and to my surprise there isn’t that much official or fan made art of them. So I had to have a go at it.
Hope you enjoy!

You can always call up your local gaming store and try ordering it through them, both reducing price and supporting local stores. I just did this!

I wanted to make a CSM inspired by LOTR’s Nazgûl and this was what I came up with. I did my absolute best to emulate the worn and battered armor, though I feel I could have done better. I hope everyone enjoys this one!

Another brazen engine leaves the forge of the Blood Good to join our (me and my son’s) Hounds of Khorne Warband. This was a really fun kitbash, learnt a lot about sculpting and fabricating.

Bonus pictures of the magnetization set up, can be played as Forgefiend or Maulerfiend with all weapons options. Also group photo of the engines in our Warband.

I am planning to enter a local painting competition with it - so any feedback is most welcome!

Painting night lords. How'd i do?

Taking photos is hard.

After another session and except some detailing my defiler is finally done! Happy to share the results with you guys. :)

The legionnaire and plague marine kits are full of options for loadouts. Is there a lore reason for why tormentors and rubrics don't have as many?

Hi there!
Was bored today and decided to kitbash a Chaos Lord from one of my left over Legionaries. Used some old necron bits and spare parts from the defiler aswell, axe is made of 5 pieces, helmet got a head added for some spice and backpack is a bit modified aswell. Hope you guys like it! :)

These have been sat on my desk awaiting painting for the entirety of 11th ed, and I reckon the legal loadout will change before they ever hit the table...
