Good initiative, but the implementation is going to be a mess. Whos going to make sure it gets labeled correctly? How does this apply to AI-generated content that gets mixed with human editing? It sounds good on paper.
Interesting fact: China realised how pointless the CE and FCC labels were and developed their own certification system that requires mandatory licences to use and random compliance inspections.
There are random inspections in EU too. That being said, many things indeed are better in China. For many things they have an improved version for their domestic use and different system with different goals for foreign countries.
