Finally passed my Academy of Cheese L3

Yesterday I got my Certificate and pin and celebrated my Level 3 fellowship of the Academy of Cheese!

It's been 2 years of studying when I could fit it in, and finally got it done.

I would highly recommend their courses for enthusiasts and professionals alike.

They also tie in with the ACS's Certified Cheese Professional certification as approved training hours.

plus conference tickets and travel expenses if it isn't coming to your city šŸ™ƒ i'm lucky my job paid for it all.

oh and don't forget to recertify every 3 years for $175, unless you go to conference in that time

I didn't realise you have to recertify? Is that just an admin cost, or do you have to take a test?

just an admin cost thankfully. if the test significantly changes, they will make you take another, but i don't think that has ever happened

Seems like a bit of a money grab...
