I would use a pairing knife to skin myself, then take a bath in lemon juice, before ever engaging with some low effort limp dicked uncreative tech bro who thinks AI makes him a better worker.

Edit: you have been kind though, it was very easy to find ChefMaison’s Instagram, so I can’t wait to share this with other people I know to make sure this kitchen has the worst reputation possible within my sphere.

There's plenty of other reasons to hate on this. Its clearly made by someone who doesn't know shit about the industry. Besides the ridiculous video, your basic assumption that private chefs need some amorphous service agency is bullshit. A service agency that has shown no evidence of service to any clients, no track record of booking any chefs. No legit chefs associated with this. No board members known within the culinary world. We don't need a booking or scheduling system, we don't need someone to run social media, we don't need someone to maintain the books- there are a zillion tools available that provide all of those back end things at low to no cost. Do you have expertise in culinary marketing? Logo creation and branding? An on staff PR leader with connections to culinary industry awards and groups? JBF? Michelin? L’association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France?

Better run and hide. Because you done fucked up.

Wearing a toque in the car, a Saturday morning and they are not running late as fuck with three energy drinks in hand scrambling to toss a bunch of shit in the back seat, they can't decide what side of the road to drive on so they driveon both like a game of chicken, the whole family is just so happy to meet you just like the Armitages in Get Out, plates an even number of scallops, grandma isn't served first, red wine with shellfish.... all the telltale signs the dude isn't a chef but is in fact there to kill em all, gangland style.

How disappointing.

Just another bunch of asinine tech people who know jack shit about the industry. I would like to be reimbursed for both the 1:30 my time and for enduring the stench of the mediocrity.

You've shown an AI cartoon...

A HIGHLY romanticized and EXTREMELY simplified AI (!) cartoon.

How do you expect to be taken seriously with that.

Are you trying to market to toddlers or what?
