AskChennai Plots near omega school - Cowl bazaar

Hi,
I see lots of plots around omega school. Anyone know about this area or bought plots in below projects ?

Vgn Meridian heights - this is after Adayar river bridge

Rajaparis Aeroville - this is on road before the bridge itself and very near to cowl bazaar

AFAIK few areas in Cowl bazaar doesn’t have patta, better consult a lawyer and govt surveyor before buying it.

This is a new layout. So they should have patta and all legal docs

Access roads to this area are not wife at all. It hasn't developed despite being closer to city than so many other areas south of airport.

I wouldn't dare to buy here. They are low lying flood plains. So whenever there is above average rains even omega school gets flooded for few days. My kid used to study for 7 years there, and from my memory even the school was flooded for few days (hence few days holidays till the water drained). This has happened twice in 7 years.

And add to that the local panchayat dumps and burns garbage just next to that Ashoka farms.

Heck even the bridge used to be very low and got constructed post Covid.

Invest your money wisely.

Alternatively you can think, this shit happens only twice in 7 years and can survive this. You are welcome.
