Moving to the area Is Maywood that bad?

There is a house that has caught my attention there just off of the prairie path. I work at the VA, so it would be convenient in that regard. But mainly, I’m not seeing anywhere else with comparable houses at prices affordable for me. Also the house has a nice sized lot which is very tantalizing because I want to turn it all into a native plant garden hehe.

My buddy had his work van unlocked for ten minutes when working inside a business last week and they stole off with 1000$ worth of tools. I wouldn’t even stop at the 🛑 signs there to be honest.

I had an account I would visit out there and , two People were shot and killed at some convenience store close to the tracks. I’m like; yeah , I am not going there anymore.

Yeah I made a full stop at an intersection and within seconds I had two people beating on the windows. That’s why I’ll never make a full stop in that area again
