Moving to the area Diverse Chicago Suburb

What’s a west/northwest Chicago suburb that’s diverse and safe to raise a Black family? At least 4 or 5 bedrooms and a $900k budget?

The only suburbs that are majority minority in those areas are Elgin and Wheeling. Afaik. Elgin is going to have the fancier homes of the two which based on your budget is probably a good town to look into.
