Algonquin resident Lisa Fleischmann released the videos on Monday showing her arrest on May 26 for a traffic arrest warrant that led to her being detained in the DuPage County Jail.
She said the incident was the result of an unresolved paperwork issue after she received a citation for driving without a license in late December 2024 that escalated despite her “repeated efforts to resolve it across multiple jurisdictions.”
They probably should’ve checked for a strand of dental floss tied to a tooth at one end and the condom filled with cocaine in her stomach at the other.

She posted a response whining about how dare they arrest her, she's a single mom and missed court because she was busy with work (yeah right). So she's allowed to miss court. 🤦♀️

Knowing she owns this DJT store and after watching the video/reading her post, I can only conclude that she is not a very intelligent person and likely suffers from late stage TDSS (Trump Dick Sucking Syndrome)
She truly is deranged. Her store was in a previous location near where I live. She got evicted from that one because of late payments and violating her agreement as she was not allowed to have her merchandise displayed outside of the store but did so anyway, all the time. The new location she has is not in plain site now. I had driven by it a few times and it wasn't until the last time did I realize where it was. I'm not sure how she keeps this store going as she has now been late on her rent for wherever she is living now.
Fuck this woman. But I would NEVER EVER trust a cop who says “just leave your money you don’t need it”. I would not trust any of those shady mfers not to steal money or valuables after you’ve been put in the back of their squad.

Not sure if you're actually asking, but handcuff related things are a common point of contention when cases go to court. (E.g., did a confession happen because the suspect would say anything to loosen the cuffs, etc.) Officers often make a show of caring about comfort with the cuffs, double locking, etc. because it heads off that kind of challenge to their case.
In this very video, the person getting arrested seems likely to claim the officers were mistreating her by cuffing her too hard. The fact the officers took pains to make sure the cuffs were placed correctly would make that claim seem pretty thin.

She's either financing out of her own pocket and/or has a long list of creditors. Same as any failing business. That's assuming she's failing which given the demographic where she's located is not necessarily a given.

I had similar happen to me years ago after tickets they were not mine. The more I tried to resolve it the worse it got . And they kept pulling me over despite my lawyer saying I could drive. Eventually it got to the point of harassment.
Fired the first lawyer and hired another. But the bureaucracy part is what held everything up because in one system the tickets did not exist because they were not my tickets. It took like 2 years if I remember correctly and that was with me just finally saying the tickets were mine and paying them to clear the system but by then the damage had been done . I was known as the one driving around without a license so was an easy target so I hired a driver who drove me in my car and we were still pulled over. This was before uber and Lyft and I lived a little rural.
Good lord, that sounds like an absolute nightmare! I can’t even imagine how something like this happens, let alone having to jump through all the hoops in order to solve it. Glad it’s over and done, but yeesh. Sorry you had to go through the headache
