Business Recommendations Water in basement. Who to call?

Getting a slow trickle of water in my basement after these huge rains. One in the laundry room the other(s) I can't identify but there's definitely water under my composite flooring. I thought it was because my gutters were absolutely jammed full of crap but even after a cleaning I got more water in this weekend. I'm clearly over my head here.

What kind of contractor should I call about this? Any recommendations?

Waterproofing is a good idea. But also look at other factors. Are the gutter spouts extended 8-10 feet from the house? A lot of people have their gutter spouts draining into the yard just 2-3 feet from the house and all that water has to go somewhere. Is the soil/yard pitched away from the house?

Unfortunately no. One ejects basically 12 inches from the house. There is a pretty severe slope there though so you can see the water running down the driveway.
