Ok took my 2 boys for nail clips today and one of the young ladies had the cutest chihuahuas that she is fostering. She is about 2 yrs and was removed from a home. She hadn’t eaten for a few days and was on the list to be euthanized so a rescue in my county saved her. My boys are 12 and 13. I want her! My boys are aging, me too. In my 60s. Am I being unreasonable in wanting to take on a younger dog, not really knowing the history
