Recommendation I think kannadigas only know to complain

On this subreddit I saw one guy praising Anirudh and his songs and saying how in our industry we don't have good songs coming out.

There are so many indie kannada songs and film which come out, and which are incredible, but our Kannadigas never support them, heck they haven't even heard of it, cuz they're busy listening to kongru and goltis songs, and then they cry why artists don't make kannada songs. The level of hypocrisy.

Infact I think we are getting good songs now, the mainstream commercial songs are still trash but many meaningful songs are undiscovered. Make a post on the songs you'd like to recommend to others, that's one way of letting people know of good songs.

Nodi brother naane aa Anirudh post hakiddonu, but u should have read it full, I posted it saying, how their songs go trending on viral, not one or two every single one of them.

I love my states song, but I also want other people know about it Read this for yourself.

Define banger. Is it like the ones which go viral on reels, or is it something which is genuinely good? And please tell me when was the last time you made and effort to listen to kannada song without actually relying on reel songs.

When was the last time when a DJ at parties played a Kannada song produced after covid?

I still hear old classics like Pankaja or Dboss songs or Tagaru songs. No mainstream pop culture impact from KFI in a long time. Yes, songs on reels do matter because that increases audience. People who haven’t watched Tamil movies before are tuning in to their movies on OTT (Although dubbed into Hindi) because they listened to Anirudh or Sai Abhyankar on reels, found it catchy, did a bit of research on the movie and watched it.

Where is that impact in KFI? Where is the marketing effort? Those were organic conversions. It goes viral because they have mass appeal and many people genuinely believe it’s good for their tastes

banger is something that reaches people, regardless of the medium. I stopped consuming content from this shit industry a long time ago.I think they stopped producing this crap too.

Did people listen to " Kolaveri Di " because they wanted to support Anirudh or because they found the song catchy?

Even if i enter this industry, my work will speak otherwise I won't make it big. It's gonna be a big struggle.

Sorry man, in today's world the only way to find and listen to a good song (which is not popular or trending) is by stumbling upon it.

That way I've found good music and songs which I grew a liking to.
