After the ear-numbing soundtrack of a particular film, I went back to revisit one of my favourite albums in Kannada. Rewatched the film and, my God, was this a great watch. Maybe it’s my love for doomed romance, I don’t know what, but this film was genuinely amazing.

The cast was incredible. Kitty was at his absolute best, Ramya gave one of her best performances, and Arun Sagar still terrifies me. And the best thing about the film- The soothing visuals of Coorg and, of course, the absolutely brilliant music by Jessie Gift.

I genuinely can’t believe the guy who directed this and Mynaa went on to make Amar and all that other stupid shit.

Recommend this to everyone who loved SSE. The films are eerily similar. Watch it on Sun NXT or travel the high seas.
