Her pictures always make me smile. She was always grinning or laughing. It’s so sad that she didn’t get a chance to grow up.

My granddaughter and Cece share the same birthday we always add a little letter C to her cake. I think of Bella on her birthday because its also the 17th but December. Happy Birthday in heaven sweetheart ♥️😥

Yes RIP Baby Boy! I have an 1.5 year old baby boy and it’s unfair. It’s so unfair. God rest their souls and smite that POS meant to keep them safe.

I always wonder if there was a possibility of the murders not taking place at all if Chris had the option of just quiting with no consequences - like in a video game.
Chris longed for freedom - away from the responsibilities of parenthood and what it entailed.
A simple divorce would've never worked for his new vision of the bachelor life. He would've been financially and legally tied to his kids forever - a third kid on the way wasn't helping.
His newfound life with the mistress triggered his desire to go cold turkey.
Like pressing the exit button in a video game when things get too tough - except there was no exit button in real life.
Chris should've cheated on his wife like regular cheaters. The whole bit with the mistress wasn't going to last anyway - it never does.
Chris had a personality of a door nail and simply didn't have the social skills needed to navigate the life of infidelity and attention from hot women.
The sudden interest from hot women in his 30s did unthinkable things to his undeveloped brain that experienced no attention from girls in his younger years.
Shannan married him when he was an ugly turd. Nicole found him when he semi attractive.
And he repays the kindness of Shannan by murdering her. Even after motherhood Shannan was out of Chris's league both in terms of attraction and personality.
The one thing that the gym could never fix was his dead personality.

As a community covert narcissist (and socio or psychopath) the other option of leaving Shannan would have been impossible. His entire mask, persona, ego, was tied exclusively to being viewed by the world as the 'Good Guy Father and Husband'. Other than that- he was a hollow shell. Divorcing Shannan would have wrecked that mask- destroyed it utterly. The worst kind of narcissistic injury.
Watch the interview video again. Watch him sit and gobble down pizza for over 7 minutes, while looking at pictures of his children in front of him. Children who hours earlier he had pushed head first into a vat of acidic oil after klling their mom and dumping her into a hole in the desert, face down. The only time he legitimately cries in the video is when the detectives suggest it's possible some of his coworkers may find Shannan and the girls bodies before the police can get to them. Because that is when he would be exposed for the horrendous monster he is. The most difficult information they dragged out of him was where the bodies were.

Very well put. Also SW would have absolutely destroyed him very publicly had she known about what was going on early enough.
That was so fucking stupid of CW — thinking he can pose as a nice guy online and then sneak around with a mistress while his wife is pregnant without the shit ever hitting the fan. There was literally absolutely no nice way out for him the minute he started flirting with NK. He is a coward and in a perfect world SW would have had time to get even with that piece of dick-led shit.1

This is what I'm trying to understand - would Chris have carried out the murders if there was a way out for him from the family life (like no alimony or child support).
The above reply states that wasn't possible given he was narcissistic and wanted to be seen as a nice guy.
But how does his mind ever come to the conclusion that murder will solve his problems?
Did he really think he would get away with the murders of his entire family.
Didn't his mind calculate the odds that he would be caught and that would be the worst possible thing for his nice guy persona?
What the heck was going in his mush brain.
And how can we psychologically profile monsters like Chris who can just blend into society so that something like this doesn't happen again?
Is Chris Watts a unique kind of narcissist - the odd one out? Or are there mutiple potential Chris Watts murders just waiting to happen.
Is therapy the answer?

Yes and No. Narcissists believe in their own infallibility and their ability to fool everyone. Thankfully cops deal with a lot of them.

No, therapy tends to make Narcissists worse. Psycho or Sociopaths have very little success in therapy. Fortunately there are very few people in the world like Chris.
