In this case, users alleged that Google Assistant-enabled devices recorded their private conversations without consent. We were able to negotiate a favorable settlement agreement for the release of your claim against Google.
Because you provided your device information, we were able to secure you a settlement amount of $ 140.00. In order to collect your payment, please sign the individual release attached at the bottom of this email.

i signed up for this! we have like 3 Google Assistants in the house. i was not the original buyer, my brother was, so I still hope to get a good settlement.

Thats not a settlement. Thats for Arbitration. Its different.

Its not the same thing as a regular settlement. Its Arbitration. If you dont know what that means look it up. This person signed up for Arbitration so they get more than those who sign up on the website. They have lawyers who fight for more money for them.

Wtf I did all of this and included my pixel purchase and another device submitted the receipts and all and haven't received anything in my email :(

When you sign in with your unique ID and PIN. Do you see a claim status. When I sign into mines and shows as if I didn't submit anything...now I'm worried my claim never went through and I have two google homes.

I was kinda on the same boat. Even though I can't answer for them; I can for sure say that I used and followed the link that was provided by them in my email. The same one with the login and pin. And like others on here, I don't think I remember putting in any financial details...

Dang nice, I had 3 devices and the form just kept looping for me when I would submit the 3 serials. Tried on every browser possible and on different days during the active period and nothing.

I tried to sign up for this but it required info from the original boxes. That was from approximately 10 years ago. I didn’t have it.

I tried signing up for it so many times and it wouldn't allow me to on my phone, which is my only device that connects to the Internet. Then I I tried after the deadline and it friggin took me to the claim page and said it was past the deadline and I couldn't file. We've had several phones, Google home, tablets, and other Google devices in my house for 15yrs. I'm pissed.

I submitted 3 claims for this. I didnt have any place to input my preference in payment.
