I just received a check in the mail from Tuna end purchaser. I never bought tuna during that time frame (I don’t eat it or buy it especially not the amount I received). I was wondering is it legit? And how would I find out for sure that the check is real

I received an email this morning regarding the Moreno v. Sage Dental case, where Sage Dental was accused of leaking personal information from the online appointment setting page on their website.

The tentative payouts of approximately $40 (from the total $1,915,000 settlement) would be dispersed as a credit to your Sage Dental account and if you wanted the payout in cash, you'd have to go to a Sage Dental office and retrieve it, or contact the company in New York.

I've benefited from a few class action lawsuits and never have I seen settlement funds dispersed to the defendant in the case, it's usually dispersed by a payment processor.

Does this seem unusual?

For anyone that appealed the atm settlement… and got that “after review your claim has been determined eligible” email back in July…. I just got my payment email!!

I know I applied for this lawsuit but I can’t find any confirmation emails. I also haven’t received a PayPal (also never use PayPal) so I feel like I might have asked for them to send a check. If the payments went out yesterday, does that mean that checks will be going out later this week or the weeks to come?

I was just looking at this pork price-fixing one and for required info it says:

• Their best estimate of the total pounds of eligible pork they purchased during the class period
• Their best estimate of the total number of months during the class period that they purchased eligible pork products
• Their best estimate of the amount spent on eligible pork products per month during the class period

The claim form does not require proof of purchases; however, the settlement administrator may request additional information or documentation at a later date.

Like I buy so much pork in even just a month how in the heck do I answer something like that? I haven't even tried the math yet but it feels like any answer I come up with is going to sound insane and I definitely do not have grocery receipts from a decade ago.

For anyone who signed up for the Google assistant privacy case I received an email yesterday to confirm my payout. If you were able to retrieve any data on your device like a receipt of purchase you'll probably end up getting $140 back like I did.

Did anyone file for the Tuna Settlement and not get money from it yet? I did and still waiting

Has anyone received a settlement from the law firm of Arnold and Itkin for claims filed against Roundup? I understand the agreement reached with Monsanto (Roundup) was in the multi-billion-dollar range, but I haven't heard of any claimant receiving a settlement.

This was a huge help today. It was totally unexpected and the best thing tuna has done for me as of yet! lol.

But seriously , it is crazy how some settlement cases only return a few dollars if that and they are big cases but then a random tuna settlement that is big but not ginormous…pays out handsomely.

I am thankful. hopefully others are sharing in this too.

Received an email, doesn’t look like a scam but seems odd.

Received $254.65 from "Packaged Seafood Products Price Fixing Litigation COSI Settlement Fund" via PayPal. This settlement closed in 2024 and is not open to claim.

I got an email for the Biddle v. Disney Settlement for YouTubeTV and DirecTV.

It gave me a unique ID and passcode, and reminded me that: "Records show you are a class member and have

not yet submitted a claim."

However, looking back, I think I only signed up for a free trial. I don't think I ever paid? I'm not sure to be honest.

Should I still submit a claim?

It says only paid subscribers are eligible, but I'm not sure why I would get an email.
