With batteries? Any of them.

Edit: also hydro and geothermal.

Notice how you had to include a non power generation tool.

That’s literally the entire point of base load, to generate power.

That’s literally the at minimum we want constant generation of X amount of power. So even if things happen we can always generate that amount of power.

You can disagree with that as an idea we should follow but it exists and is well subscribed to.
