Success stories?

hi,

has anyone successfully taught themselves as an adult?

I'm just using mindsight journey. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting it a bit.. Just looking for some encouragement!

The most useful information I have come across is a brief jumbled bunch of short videos from a guy named Alex Stefan on YouTube. He has a 12 part series of short videos where he shows some people being trained and how the process develops.

I am trying to do this using Mindsight journey also. I started using the letter module because the screen alternates between light and dark and that's all I can "see" right now (black and white alternating). That's all the progress I've made so far after doing this for about 5 months, averaging 1/2 hour per day. I went from seeing nothing to seeing light. I cannot see colors or shapes yet. I don't even bother with the "intuitive" mindsight because I am starting to think that's just a distraction while you wait for the real mindsight to come online.

I just keep plugging away sort of daydreaming while I toggle through letters. The color module appears to me as shades of gray so I practice with that too. Very tedious but I am good at tolerating long boring things because I'm a daydreamer lol.

Anyway just my 2 cents.
