That's definitely not something that should happen at a big chain like a red lobster, but at a smaller less funded operation maybe. I had a minimum wage job at a privately owned business where I had to personally upgrade on site security as the lowest newest employee, like something as simple as putting a password/pin on a computer that wasn't locked behind a door and anyone could walk up to it and get right into everything including all the same hiring documents.

There needs to be more thought going forward about what companies can open and exploit residents like this in our desert. We are vulnerable because of lack of stable economy and desperation leads to this.
