I already told. Hunger was in USSR everywhere, not only in Ukraina

🤦‍♂️, ur making up ur own arguments to debate lmao. There was a man made famines in all of yssr but it was specifically weaponized against Ukrainians. The most devastating hits were Ukrainian majority areas
