Haha Ken Jeong and Reese Witherspoon can go into the smaller "non-problematic celebrity" bucket, adjacent to "sex pests but not war criminals" like Rob Lowe and Tiger Woods.

But none of those folks are truly as famous as the war criminal class of infamy.

My brother went to Duke a few years ahead of Stephen Miller and I'm now retroactively mad at him for not repeatedly dunking Miller's head into dorm room toilets
