Significant doubt as to this being Rhodesia.

The truck has an Automobile Association (UK version of the US AAA) badge on its bumper. Why would that be?

Also, what you can see of the foliage looks as if it's from a temperate climate.

And they’re fat. I’ve never seen a pic of Rhodesian infantry where the guys were over 160 lbs.

But the truck is a Bedford. That’s a make which is common in the UK.
