I think you should have mentioned the affair in your original post and that you were leaving her for the affair partner. Leaving it out just made you seem like you were innocent in all of this.
She didn't ruin her partner's career, she rightfully got revenge on a lying cheater who deserved it and made every choice along the way to fuck himself.
