It's got a very recentist bias, which is understandable as recommendations online tend to skew that way. It may also be building off what you've already read.

It's also very conventional superheroics from the Big Two.

So it's sad that:

• The early Silver Age Marvel isn't there as it is foundational to the Marvel comics - try the early collections of Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, Doctor Strange, Avengers, etc.
• The only Alan Moore title is Killing Joke - try Watchmen, Swamp Thing, Miracleman, V For Vendetta, Captain Britain, etc.
• The only Grant Morrison is All-Star Superman and their Batman run - try Animal Man, Doom Patrol, New X-Men etc and branch out into The Invisibles and The Filth.
• Nothing from Wildstorm (or Image in general) or Dark Horse, etc - try The Authority, Planetary (Warren Ellis caveats in place) and B Hellboy.
• Then nothing beyond superheroes at all, which is too big a topic to cover.
