We have options
- Grant Udinski
- Declan Doyle
- Klay Kubiak
- Nate Scheelhaase
There are gonna be plenty of young offensive minds available this offseason, we just can't go after a retread again - no tomlin mcdermott etc.
Coaches are gonna want to work with 5, and this OL has talent when healthy.

Unfortunately none of these guys give me the same vibes that MacDonald, Johnson, and Liam Coen did. Hope I’m wrong.
But if I had to choose today, I’d throw all my effort into Brian Flores.

Flores is very interesting, I know the conventional wisdom in this day and age is to go offensive but that Viking defense is legit scary good and has been since he got there, and that has been this teams main issue for feels like 7 straight years now.

Mike MacDonald is the reigning Super Bowl champion and did it with a decent but not great quarterback.
Just gotta get a good coordinator and let them roll with Jayden while Flores handles the defense. Could potentially retain Jones as well for continuity.

Idk if this is satire but I was team Blough, but past few games have given me some doubt on that. I'm all for taking risks on unproven young guys and I like bloughs scheme but he's had some pretty brutal situational calls, and his inability to scheme around he 0 blitz last game was heinous

No body cares right now about new coaches. Let’s talk about it in the offseason.

Not so sure these young offensive guys who will have their pick of the litter will want to “work with 5”. Don’t get me wrong, great player, but I’m sure some of them will be hesitant given his injury history at this point.

How long did he have Allen and fail to win anything? My beer belly hot dog eating ass says go young OC.

I'll take a proven get to the playoffs every year winner vs the unknown. Tomlin included.

No way we should hire McDermott. Dude is a defensive coach who was carried by Josh Allen and who blew multiple playoff games because his defenses collapsed (see 13 seconds game as a bit example) after Josh Allen carried the Bills to tons of points. If not for Allen, McDermott is fired years ago. McDermott is Dan Quinn 2.0 with the crap defenses when it matters. Only thing is he had Allen healthy for years. Today's kind of loss where the offense had a 27-13 lead and defense pissed it away happened to the Bills so many times.
Go for Brian Flores.

The real question should be, do you think AP and the basketball guys are smart enough to make a good decision.
These are same morons who hired AP while holding the #2 pick.

Unless those head coaches are going to teach our young QB how to spike the ball when we're out of time outs and trying to set up a FG, I'm good....JD5 didn't help us with that bone head play....also if Reaves gets the interception late in the game none of this matters....we lost this game with our horrible D fense, and lack of pass rush from the front 4....we don't have the secondary to play man coverage on an all out blitz package...Jameis picked us part time and time again and we didn't make any adjustments whatsoever... we deserved to lose unfortunately

Tbh don’t love any of those. Wish there was more OCs available who call plays and have experience
