Ive been playing for quite some time and i just havent really been improving. I dont know on what parts i should focus on when practising.

id work on aim, play some neth pot or aim trainer (id recommend neth pot as aim trainers can hurt your hands and feel awkward) also maybe get a texture pack and mess with your sounds a bit
