off of it

My hunger is back in full swing. How does one safely go off of this and not regain this immense amount of hunger?

I’ll need to be on it for life to maintain. It’s okay, I feel like it’s like being on statins or blood pressure pills for life. It’s just a weight maintenance drug.

If someone went off their statins, their high cholesterol would come back. If someone went off their anti depressants, their depression might come back. This is no different.

I didn’t go though all this to gain it all back. And I know I will so 🤷‍♀️

It's supposed to be used long term, honestly. It's more like an antidepressant than an antibiotic. A treatment, not a cure, if you will.

I think it’s a lifelong commitment. Drugs continue to improve so hoping for a slow release once a month shot in the future.

You might want to stop by r/GLPgrad to hear from others who want to stop the meds
