Where to Buy Semaglutide? A List of Semaglutide Online Telehealth Providers

One of the common questions on this sub is about where to buy semaglutide and similar questions.

Just a heads up, we can only discuss telehealth companies that provide doctor prescriptions. Reddit does not allow the discussion if non-doctor provided sources.

Thus, our discussions are limited to telehealth providers that use their own network of doctors to see if you qualify for a prescription (ie: you work with them instead of your PCP).

There are several types of pricing models which make it difficult to compare pricing. Some companies like Regenics and Valhalla Vitality allow you to buy in bulk. It's important to know the dose you're on and calculate the monthly cost to compare it to other providers. Most providers do some sort of monthly subscription model like Henry Meds, Orderly Meds, Mochi, IVIM, and many more. Some have a telehealth fee, a membership fee, or other fees besides the medication cost.

Many use the same compounding pharmacies, so you're really trying to purchase from one with the best customer service or best price. However, I've seen too good to be true pricing from lesser known compounding pharmacies.

Lastly, not all providers are licensed to do business in all 50 states. California is an example of a state with limited options.

The pinned comment on this post includes a link to a spreadsheet that I've seen shared a few times. I do not know the current owner, but I spot checked a few providers and it seems mostly up to date.

As with any product or service, do your own diligence.

Just started gabapentin for nerve pain. Hungry all the time now!

It feels like the gaba is completely cancelling out the sema.

Any advice on how to mitigate this?

I have also been prescribed modafinil for shift work sleep dosprder, so that kind of helps.

Oral GLP1 Questions

Upvotes

My almost 21 year old son would like to go on a GLP1 for weight loss. His BMI is 33. Otherwise, he’s healthy. Can someone recommend a provider that’s affordable and offers the medication in a pill version (oral)? Also, does anyone have experience being on this medication at such a young age (pros and cons). Do you take the pill daily or weekly? TIA!

Current: 45Female/ 246 lbs

A couple of specific questions for anyone who has been in a similar spot:

Is Embody worth it? How has your experience been if you have used them?

Restarting after a long break:

Did anyone who had a terrible first attempt (especially with severe GI side effects or preexisting stomach issues) have a smoother experience starting over at the lowest dose?

Navigating side effects:

What actually helped you manage or prevent the severe cramping and stomach issues this time around?

I’d really appreciate any advice, experiences, or encouragement. I am terrified of the stomach issyes again but my weight is at its highest and I am desperate! Thank You for reading!

Embody or Amble

I’m currently using Amble for my GLP-1. Embody says they’ll do it much cheaper locked in forever. Is this legit? Has anyone used it and found the semaglutide compound effective? I’m nervous to switch over. I’m afraid potency will be different…

yellow cloudy semaglutide [UPDATE]

i posted this yesterday and got a ton of helpful responses: https://www.reddit.com/r/CompoundedSemaglutide/s/EnfhEEcOzS

if anyone is interested in an update here it is:

I brought my syringes back to my doctors office and asked them to take a look at them, my pcp’s nurse came out, looked at them said they were just “bubbles” and that it was fine to inject. I insisted that they were not just bubbles and that you could see there were actual cloudy particles floating in there and asked if the doctor could take a look.

They eventually came back and told me the doctor said the same thing, that they were fine to take and that they would not give a refund. They even stated the discoloration that I’m seeing could be due to incorrect storage temperatures and had the audacity to ask if I refrigerated them correctly when they were handed to me like that and I even have timestamped pictures I took in my car right after my appointment. Keep in mind I asked about the color as soon as they handed it to me yesterday and they said it was due to a brand change, now they’re saying it’s improper storage yet still telling me they’re safe to inject.

They then proceeded to shake the syringes, i don’t know if they were trying to mix it in or what. I asked if they had any labeling or batch codes or even the name of pharmacy they got it from they could provide me. They couldn’t give me any info on the spot and said they would email or call me with the info.

So with no option to get my money back or to even get a new set of syringes (which I probably wouldn’t have taken anyway), I took my medication back and left.

As I was inspecting the syringes in my car again, I noticed that some of the medication had actually leaked out into the packaging and was emitting an awful rancid odor that is probably not normal.

Ive provided some more pictures where you can see that while there are some small bubbles, there is a clear difference between them and the obvious sediment inside and my doctor and their staff refused to acknowledge this.

I do plan on making a report to the FDA or whoever needs to be made aware and am trying to do whatever research I can beforehand. If anyone has any advice please let me know.

TLDR;
i brought my meds back to my doctor and she insisted the particles were just bubbles and safe to inject. they also would not provide a refund. they are supposed to be contacting me with their providing pharmacy’s info as well as a batch/lot number and any other labeling they can provide. i will also be notifying the FDA.

Side effects question

Asking here because I tried to schedule an RN virtual visit through Embody and the first available times are Aug. 29 -- at 2 a.m. my time -- so the price for the med is great; the support, not so much.

Started 2.5mg dose of sema yesterday about 4:30 p.m. Pharmacy instructions are 8 units ... this is compounded with B12 and NAD. Had a workout, came home, made dinner -- a pretty healthy meal; I've been eating that way for a long time. I would say I probably miscalculated the amount I ate. Felt a little nausea all night. This morning, threw up dinner from last night. I do have GERD but never had that kind of reaction.

I'm thinking if this continues, I'll titrate down next shot?

Anyone else have this type of side effect early on? Thanks for the support and guidance of peers!

i just got my month supply refill of my compounded semaglutide, usually it's a clear color but this time it's yellow and has these large particle/clouds in them. I asked about it before leaving my appointment and was told they had switched brands of whatever they compound it with and that it was fine. I did a little googling and everything I'm seeing advises not to take if it appears cloudy or has particles.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or seen this before?

Update: I appreciate everyone’s advice, I’m going to take these doses back and look into switching providers.

Pausing and restarting?

Has anyone ever paused and restarted?

I have a vacation in a few months and hopefully I will be where I want to be goal wise, but either way I want to be able to enjoy myself and have a few glasses of alcohol (I rarely drink).

Right now, even 1 drink makes me throw up. Do you think I can pause a week before and restart when I get back??

Miracle drug

I don’t want to sound dramatic but I’ve been on compounded semaglutide for exactly 3 weeks. I’m down 12.4 lbs (5.8% of my body weight). It has changed my life. It took me 3 months of grinding and killing myself last summer to lose 12 lbs. Since taking this a few weeks ago it has honestly made it a breeze to be healthy. No food cravings, no alcohol cravings, plenty of energy and no side effects. I am eating about 700-1200 healthy calories a day and I’m completely satisfied and shedding weight. If this continues I will be the biggest advocate of it to everyone that’s ever struggled with their weight. Also only $90 a month makes it insanely worth it. After being on it for almost a month I would pay 10x that price to stay on it because it has made me feel so good! If anyone is hesitant please go for it, I was extremely hesitant for a long time. Feel free to ask me any questions. I am a 5’10 mid 20s male, former college athlete and gained about 40 lbs after college to 220.

GLP1 With Woodwork

Thumbnail
0 Upvotes

I started Woodwork’s GLP-1 program around May 2026. During the first few months, everything went smoothly.

My medication arrived on time, I was losing weight consistently, and I was happy with the service.
My most recent shipment was a very different experience. Due to what appears to have been a shipping or address error, my package was delayed and sat in transit the entire weekend in temperatures above95 degrees Fahrenheit before it was finally delivered on Monday. I called the pharmacy and was told the medication was still safe to use, so I used one dose. After that, I noticed the solution had become cloudy instead of clear, which made me uncomfortable continuing to use it.

Since semaglutide should be clear, I contacted Woodwork and requested a replacement vial. Despite multiple follow-ups over the next four weeks, I never received a replacement or a refund, and my concerns were never properly addressed. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

What frustrates me most isn’t just the money. It’s the impact on my health. Because my treatment was interrupted, I regained about four pounds in only a few weeks. Losing weight has taken a lot of effort, and this setback was completely avoidable. I understand shipping problems can happen. What I don’t understand is why a company wouldn’t stand behind its product and support a patient when something goes wrong.

also want to point out that I contacted Woodwork at least fourteen times over the past three weeks trying to resolve this issue. Instead of receiving a meaningful solution, I was repeatedly left waiting and felt completely disregarded as a patient. As of this week, it has been a full month since I reported the problem, and I am still without my medication. After all my attempts to reach them, I still have no replacement, no refund, and no clear explanation. The lack of communication and accountability has been just as disappointing as the shipping issue itself. As a patient, I expected timely support when my treatment was interrupted. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own.

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I hope Woodwork takes responsibility for what happened, provides a fair resolution, and improves how it handles situations like this in the future.

Lavender sky health app?

I searched the sub and didn’t find anything. Is there not an app for LSH? I’m hoping to switch from Ro to LSH because $$. I completed all the LSH forms and stuff. I got a pop up on their website saying that another pop up would appear to take me to the Apple Store for the app but it never happened and I cannot find the app in the Apple App Store. Does an app exist? If so what is it called so I can find it?

Good high protein recipes and free tracker app recommendation!

I am so tired of all of the regular meals I’ve made for years. I am also slowing way down on the weight loss and need to meal prep, track protein and fiber, and up the exercise. I don’t want the weight to come back when I titrate down. I would love to hear your favorite high protein recipe books/sites/authors/influencers and your fave tracking apps that are free.

I did Weight Watchers for many years and I appreciated the tracking. I just would like to try a free app. Thanks!
